Ancient Prophecies and Modern Alliances

The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings.

- Daniel 7:24

Daniel 7:24 is prophecy. This Scripture speaks of ten kings (horns) that rise followed by an eleventh who emerges afterwards to join them. According to the prophet Daniel, once empowered, the eleventh ruler overthrows three of the ten kings in this alliance. This particular prophetic utterance from God to Daniel is yet to be fulfilled.

Turkey will become the eleventh horn that rises amongst the ten kingdom confederation and conquer three of them.

Could the developing alignment of BRICS+ bolster Turkey’s pursuit of leadership in the Muslim world?

Does the newly formed economic innovations of BRICS+ accelerate a new Islamic Caliphate led by Turkey to arise in the Middle East?

With new access to financial instruments and investments, the BRICS+ coalition could catalyze the situation Daniel describes.

He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time.

- Daniel 7:25

Daniel 7:24-25 indicates that the eleventh ruler will strive to alter recognized times and laws, likely in an effort to Islamicize those standards. This leader depicted as the eleventh horn will play a central role in the prophesied end-time empire. A powerful bloc of nations is emerging before our eyes with the development of BRICS+. The convergence of biblical prophecy with geopolitical developments is empowering Turkey's goals.

Are we witnessing the seedbed of a future Islamic Caliphate?

Turkey is in pursuit to take the helm of a greatly expanded Islamic power. The government in Ankara seeks to lead a revived Islamic Caliphate in the form of a Neo-Ottoman Empire. This Islamic Caliphate is the Gog and Magog group alliance of Ezekiel that will be led by the eleventh horn. This person is also known by titles such as the Man of Lawlessness in Thessalonians, the Antichrist of John and the Little Horn of Daniel. Imagine a coming union of ten nations then joined by Turkey as the eleventh, that usurps leadership of the ten and conquers three of them. That scenario would qualify as the beast kingdom of Daniel 7:24 that will be destroyed at the return of the Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 19).

BRICS+ is an economic league of nations designed to rival the dominance of the United States. This alliance has publicly voiced its role as a planet-earth alternative to the financial system and dominant influence established by America since the close of World War II. BRICS is an acronym. The acronym stands for the names of the first five countries of this bloc; Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. Five new nations were accepted into this alliance, creating what is now called BRICS+. These countries are Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. This gives BRICS+ four new majority Islamic nations and if Turkey joins, it tips the scales closer to equality between Muslim and non-Muslim state members.

Here are some basic observations about the BRICS+ coalition:

Economic Collaboration. The BRICS+ nations collaborate on economic policies and strategies to enhance economic growth and development. They hold annual summits to discuss various issues of mutual interest and global significance.

New Development Bank. In 2014, BRICS+ established the New Development Bank (NDB), also known as the BRICS Bank, to finance infrastructure and sustainable development projects in BRICS+ and other emerging economies.

Political Influence. BRICS+ countries seek to assert a greater influence in global political and economic governance, advocating for reforms in international financial institutions like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank to better reflect the interests of emerging economies.

Trade and Investment. The BRICS+ nations engage in numerous trade and investment initiatives to bolster economic ties and reduce dependence on Western economies.

Population and Land AreaTogether, BRICS+ countries account for a significant portion of the world’s population and land area, making them a considerable collective force in terms of market potential and resource availability.

Diverse Economies. Despite their cooperation, the BRICS+ countries have diverse economies with varying levels of development, industrialization, and political systems. This diversity can both enrich their collaboration and pose challenges.

BRICS+ represents a significant bloc in the worldwide economy, striving to reshape global economic governance and increase the representation and voice of emerging markets in international affairs.

The nations of BRICS+ include and surround the heartland of any future Islamic Caliphate.

This economic bloc is being framed as East versus West. If additional Islamic nations continue to join BRICS+, the alliance becomes predominantly Muslim. The nature and meaning of biblical prophecy can be elusive, like sand slipping between our fingers as we attempt to grasp its meaning. Looking at the current form of BRICS+ and its possible maturation, we can weigh the evidence of this consortium of nations furthering biblical prophecy. BRICS+ is poised to aid the return of the Turkish Ottoman Islamic Empire. This is what I refer to as the Turkish-centric prophecy of the Bible as Turkey is the leader of the final ancient Near East beast.

This allied empire will stretch across areas of the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia to unite much of the existing Islamic world, headquartered in modern-day Turkey.

Turkey’s pursuit to join BRICS+ accelerates the coming biblical beast empire (Daniel 7, Revelation 13) . Turkey’s inclusion within BRICS+ may encourage membership amongst ethnic Turkic and Muslim peoples within Central Asia. Central Asia includes countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Inner Asian nations joining BRICS+ would further solidify cultural and economic ties with Turkey. This, in effect, would facilitate a rich environment for a strong alliance of Central Asian nations under Turkey’s Caliphate leadership.

BRICS+ nations are also leading the global import/export markets for halal-approved commodities. Halal refers to permissible products for use and consumption under Islamic law. Substantial and growing halal enterprises include food and beverage, tourism, finance, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and clothing-certified products. Halal food production accounts for about 70% of the entire halal market, and its projected value is second only to its financial division.

The universal halal product portfolio was valued at USD 2 trillion in 2021 and is projected to reach USD 2.8 trillion by 2025 (Statista.com).

The globally expanding Islamic population and increasing numbers of non-Muslims favorable to halal-approved products is driving the industry. One of several vital trade exchanges demonstrating BRICS+ involvement in halal commerce is centered in the meat sector. Meat is the largest component of halal food sales, with BRICS+ member Brazil being the largest exporter. Brazil’s halal meat distribution is, as one would think, fueled by its vast exports to current and non-BRICS+ Islamic nations.

In addition to the colossal and expanding halal market, BRICS+ nations may also lead a digital blockchain revolution.

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the Web Summit conference in Qatar, the first time the flagship tech conference chose a Middle East host country. The decision reflected the region’s ascendance, with sovereign wealth funds from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates serving as key limited partners in venture funds worldwide and both homegrown and foreign startups springing up across the area.

Cryptocurrency has been a main area of focus for several of the Gulf countries, especially the emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, which saw an opportunity during the pandemic to pitch themselves as digital asset hubs. Even after the collapse of FTX, as other governments sought to distance themselves from the cancerous industry, Dubai and Abu Dhabi raced to establish new regulations. On the sidelines of the conference, I interviewed eight investors, both from the Middle East and the U.S., to understand why the region had embraced blockchain even during the bear market, and what it means for the global industry. “If you want to leapfrog the Western countries, you have to take some risks in places where they won’t,” said Alfred Chuang, the San Francisco-based general partner of Race Capital, who began regular trips out to the Gulf region during the pandemic. “I’ve never seen the Middle East be this aggressive before. - Fortune Magazine. Nowhere else on earth are economic alternatives based on blockchain digital assets being pursued more than in the Middle East. Two BRICS+ states, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are leaders in building project mBridge. The endeavor aims to tackle key commercial inefficiencies in cross-border payments, including high costs, low speed, and operational complexities. The mBridge also addresses financial inclusion concerns, particularly in jurisdictions where correspondent banking that connects countries to the global financial system has declined.

The Saudi/UAE mBridge ledger is a new blockchain interface built to support peer-to-peer, foreign exchange transactions. This platform connects multiple CBDCs (central bank digital currency) in a singular infrastructure. Currently, a large number of Islamic nations and almost all of Central Asia, want to adopt a CBDC for cross-border transactions. The mBridge has been tested and is a front-runner for BRICS+ adoption. The widening assimilation of the mBridge platform amongst BRICS+ and other nations would diminish the current U.S.-dominated global exchange model.

What could an established mBridge system amongst BRICS+ and the greater Islamic realm produce?

An Islamic and BRICS+ adoption of mBridge, enabling cross-border CBDC transactions, could facilitate and enforce a large geographic monopoly on buying or selling. An mBridge cartel could impose a universal digital blockchain marker, only distributing halal-approved commodities to validated members. Globally, nation-states outside of mBridge participation may be forbidden to conduct business with its system unless credentialed.

What are some of the things Turkey will do once it enters the rising ten horn kingdom of the final beast empire?

Turkey will uproot and conquer three kingdoms of the ten ruler/nation alliance (Daniel 7:24).

At that time, some or all of the three nations supplanted by Turkey may be BRICS+ members.

An idol image related to the Islamic Caliphate and/or its Turkish Antichrist leader will be placed in a future Jewish temple erected in Jerusalem (Daniel 9:27, 11:31, Matthew 24:15).

The mandatory “mark of the beast” (brand/imprint) for people authorizing them to “buy or sell” will emanate from the idol image that the Turkish Islamic beast alliance installs in the coming Jewish temple (Revelation 13:13-16).

What could a growing economic synthesis of BRICS+ and Islamic countries produce in terms of biblical prophecy?

BRICS+ and the Islamic realm may fully adopt the mBridge system with halal qualifying exclusivity for use. The mBridge could enforce the mark of the beast over the Islamic realm and possibly all or much of the globe.

Here are some other events involving present and expected BRICS+ nations related to biblical prophecy:

The beast, a Turkish-led Islamic coalition, including Iran, a current BRICS+ nation, will invade Israel (Ezekiel 38). Iran (Persia) is a part of the Ezekiel coalition that joins Turkey. Regions of BRICS+ member Ethiopia may potentially be referred to ethnographically as part of “Cush” (Sudan) that also joins Turkey (Ezekiel 38:5).

Egypt will be overrun in the final days by the king of the north (Daniel 11:40, 42-43). The king of the north is another moniker for the “little horn,” the Antichrist Turkish leader and his coalition. Assuming Turkey’s impending inclusion in BRICS+, this would, at minimum, pit two BRICS+ members (Turkey & Iran) against a third (Egypt).

BRICS+ nation Egypt being overthrown is possibly one of the ten horns to be supplanted by the Antichrist led beast empire (Daniel 7:24).

Could BRICS+ nations such as China, India, and Russia be the fulfillment of “news from the east and the north” near the end of the great tribulation that will “alarm” the Turkish King of the North Antichrist leader? (Daniel 11:44). Is the disturbing report that Daniel speaks of realized if those BRICS+ nations march to war to confront Turkey and its allies for invading BRICS+ member Egypt? This massive conflagration described at the end of Daniel Chapter 11 is the same event known as the battle of Armageddon, the great day of God Almighty (Revelation 16:12-16, Revelation 19:11-21). Additionally BRICS+ member Saudi Arabia plays a considerable role in biblical prophecy. The Saudi’s eventual conflict will also be with Turkey’s confederacy during the great tribulation (A topic needing additional explanation).

Further biblical prophecy considerations of BRICS+ nations:

How does the growing relationship of BRICS+ amongst key biblical prophecy Islamic nations affect global conditions?

Does BRICS+ provide a governing bloc powerful enough to promote a global economic monopoly led by the Islamic Antichrist?

To connect the events mentioned above regarding BRICS+ with what Scripture tells us, here are details from the Bible concerning the future of our world.

As for the fourth beast, there shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all the kingdoms, and it shall devour the whole earth, and trample it down, and break it to pieces. As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise, and another shall arise after them; he shall be different from the former ones, and shall put down three kings.

- Daniel 7:23-24

And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast. These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast.

- Revelation 17:12-13

The Daniel and Revelation beast are the same and refer to a future empire. The beast is not a literal animal but a symbol, a metaphor that describes a coming kingdom that will wage war against the kingdom of God. This empire will be present and destroyed at the return of the Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 19:20-21).

These events as described in Daniel and the book of Revelation will surround the nation of Israel and take place in the greater Middle East. The original language in Daniel 7:23 denoting the “whole earth” biblically often refers to the known world of the greater Mideast-Mediterranean region, and not always the entire globe. For example; Daniel 2:39 is describing the prominence of Alexander the Great’s Grecian Empire that “shall rule over all the earth”. The rise of the Turkish-led Islamic empire will not rule the entire globe just as the Greek empire didn’t. The final beast kingdom, like its predecessors, will reign over Jerusalem and much of the Islamic lands today. That doesn’t mean this kingdom will not affect the entire globe nor does it rule out a possible global economic monopoly, under its tyranny.

The closing verses of Daniel state that the mysteries of his book will be “sealed until the time of the end” (Daniel 12:9). As our days attest, we are standing at the prophetic conclusion of human history. These are the final days before the Lord’s return. What has been sealed in Daniel is being unlocked.

Daniel’s declaration specifies an end-time era of powerful disclosure. In addition to God’s miraculous mandate of Israel being back in their land in the last days and world conditions coinciding with several prophecies, we are seeing the elevated understanding Daniel describes. The increased archeological, scientific, and historical understandings of our day have brought evidence substantiating that we live in the times Daniel details. 21st Century authors, such as Joel Richardson, Mark Davidson, and Travis Snow, have delivered compelling shots across the bow to various widely accepted interpretations of biblical prophecy.

These authors have written texts of solid considerations from God’s word, paired with insights and discoveries the modern age provides. God is unleashing the era of spiritual illumination promised through Daniel. The most significant denominator between myself, Richardson, Davidson, and Snow is identifying the beast empire.

We can anticipate a revived Islamic union led by Turkey over much of the greater Middle East.

An Islamic Caliphate is a form of Muslim government led by a Caliph, considered a political and religious successor to the Prophet Muhammad. It aims to implement Islamic law (Sharia) and govern based on the principles of Islam. Many Muslims expect a future caliphate as a unifying and guiding force that will bring Muslim principles and governance worldwide.

Joel Richardson has ushered in nothing short of a biblical prophecy reformation. No other writer in the genre of biblical prophecy has composed qualitative works that are coming to pass or stand up better to contextual criticism than Joel. The New York Times best-selling author has produced books like “The Islamic Antichrist” and “Mideast Beast,” amongst others, to wide acclaim.

Some notable points about Richardson’s works include;

*He composed a consistent biblical hermeneutic from Genesis through Revelation to support his commentaries.

*Explaining biblical prophecy texts and their Ancient Near East (ANE) context, culture, peoples, and geography, identifying the realm of the end-time beast.

*Producing convincing arguments from biblical and historical records dispelling the notion of ancient Rome or a Western, globally dominating empire as the fulfillment of the coming beast with ten horns.

*Explaining biblical terminology and historical application showing that the final end-time beast is a commanding regional power that affects global conditions.

*Illustrating weighty scriptural evidence corresponding with historical, geographical realities and present-day events of a coming revived Islamic Caliphate, headquartered in the Middle East as the final beast.

*Identifying biblical and historical details with geographic relations that parallel the coming little horn to be of Islamic origins.

*Describing particular ANE biblical characters such as “Gog” (ruler) in Ezekiel of “Meshach & Tubal” (tribes/geography of Turkey) being synonymous with the “little horn,” identifying the same coming persona known widely as the Antichrist.

*Revealing the vaunted Ezekiel 38-39 Gog-led invasion of Israel is the Battle of Armageddon, whose clearly labeled coalition are present-day Islamic nations.

*The biblical, historical, tribal, geographic, and cultural evidence identifies the little horn (Gog of Ezekiel) as a ruler of Turkey who leads the future Revelation 13 beast.

Richardson’s tour de force survey of biblical prophecy delivers a returning form of an Islamic Caliphate as the beast of Revelation. A renewed Islamic alliance of certain nations who will yield authority to a Turkish leader that will meet its end at the hands of the returning Messiah, Jesus Christ.

In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream, and visions passed through his mind as he was lying in bed. He wrote down the substance of his dream.

- Daniel 7:1

The beast with ten horns stems from a dream revelation God gave to the prophet Daniel in the middle of the 6th Century B.C. While in exile in Babylon, the prophet Daniel is given a vision of four great beasts, the fourth being a uniquely different and terrifying beast with ten horns (Daniel 7:7). The details and context of the previous three beasts Daniel sees in chapter seven (Lion, Bear, and four-headed Leopard) play a role in our understanding of the fourth beast.

The identities of the four beasts in Daniel are symbols as mentioned. These beasts represent four empires. “These four great beasts are four kings (kingdoms) who shall arise out of the earth” (Daniel 7:17). Biblical context matching historical realities identify the first three beasts as the successive empires of Babylon, Persia, and the Greeks. These are the kingdoms from the past following the time of Daniel in Babylon that ruled over the Mediterranean-Mideast world.

These three beasts in question are described in order as a lion with eagle’s wings (Babylon), a bear with three ribs in its mouth (Persia), and a leopard with four heads (Greece/Grecian). The leopard is identified as Alexander the Great's Greek empire, which conquered the Mideast and some of the Central Asian regions of today. It is held that the four heads of the leopard represent the Diadochi, (Cassander, Lysimachus, Seleucus, and Ptolemy) four generals who eventually ruled over the empire upon Alexander’s death.

Author Mark Davidson views Daniel 7 as modern day nations that represent geographical locations of the historical lion, bear and leopard empires. Davidson’s commentaries have postulated a broader futuristic view on the beast identities that deserves consideration. It is important to note as alluded to that Davidson concludes the same identity as Richardson does concerning the fourth beast of Daniel 7.

The empires of Daniel are:

1) The Lion: Babylon

2) The Bear: Persia

3) The Four-Headed Leopard: Greece

4) Dreadful Beast with Ten Horns: Islamic Caliphate

The ten horns of Daniel’s fourth beast do not arise until the end.

And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast.

- Revelation 17:10

The ten horns being in authority for “one hour” indicates their short-lived rule. This brief period context is part of the great tribulation, the time that culminates in the return of Jesus Christ. The four beasts from Daniel are also mentioned in the book of Revelation, beginning in chapter 13. What was once four separate beasts (empires) from Daniel’s vision have now become one composite entity.

The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.

- Revelation 13:1-2

The beast in Revelation 13:1-2 is a material doppelganger of Satan, the Revelation 12 seven-headed dragon with ten horns that empowers it. This is chilling as to the beast’s evil intent. The lion, bear, and leopard empires are united as one beast entity in its depiction in Revelation 13. This signifies that the final beast occupies all or much of the geography of the lion, bear & leopard kingdoms. The location of those geographic lands today is almost entirely made up of the Islamic realm. The biblical original language delineates certain words rendered as “Greece” that can also be representative of Turkey.

Concerning the identities of the 7 heads in Revelation, the Apostle John is told:

This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; they are also seven kings (kingdoms), five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. As for the beast that was and is not, it is an eighth but it belongs to the seven, and it goes to destruction.

- Revelation 17:9-11

The Apostle John is given information regarding the final expression of the Daniel 7 beast. There is a final eighth empire that “belongs to the seven.” The original word for “belongs” denotes “out from the origins of.” The eighth has foundations in the other seven kingdoms. Joel Richardson observes;

When we understand that the various prophecies point us to the historical Islamic Caliphate, whether it be the seventh head of Revelation 17, the legs or iron of Daniel 2 or the fourth beast of Daniel 7, then all of the passages flow together perfectly. The historical Islamic Caliphate is the seventh head of the beast and the revived Islamic Caliphate —the kingdom of the Antichrist—will be the eighth.

- Mideast Beast, page 158

Richardson’s statement as to the eighth empire being revived out from the seventh can be traced through the identities of the heads of the beast from Revelation 17.

1. Egypt

Ancient Egypt, represents one of the earliest civilizations to oppose God's people, the Israelites.

2. Assyria

The Assyrian Empire, known for its conquests and aggression against Israel and Judah in the ancient Near East.

3. Babylon

The Babylonian Empire conquered Judah and destroyed the First Temple, leading to the Babylonian exile.

4. Medo-Persia

The Medo-Persian Empire succeeded Babylon and ruled over the Jewish people during the time of the Persian Empire.

5. Greece

The Greek Empire, under Alexander the Great and his successors, exerted control over the lands of Judea.

6. Rome

The Roman Empire, which was in power during the time of Jesus and early Christianity persecuted Jews and Christians.

7. Islamic Caliphate

A succession of Caliphates that dominated Jerusalem and the Mideast for over 1300 years, ending with the fall of the Ottoman Turkish Caliphate in 1918.

8. Revived Islamic Caliphate

A return of the Ottoman Turkish Empire, this being the little horn-led beast to come.

They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come, he must remain for only a little while.

- Revelation 17:10

John was given the Revelation by Jesus around AD 95. This means that the ruling empire over Jerusalem and the Mediterranean region during John’s vision was the Roman Empire. The empire in Rome was the “one is” at the time of John’s writing.

Rome was the sixth “head” or kingdom after the five previous empires had fallen, meaning they had ceased to rule. The heads of the beast in Daniel 7 have an updated implication in Revelation 13. This is important because the Revelation 13 beast characteristics are creating additional meaning.

Richardson addresses this:

Some will ask why, if the Roman Empire was not included in Daniel 2 or 7, is it included in the list of empires in Revelation 17. The answer is simply because while Revelation 17 presents us with a comprehensive list, detailing the full pan-historical, pan-Biblical view of all of history’s satanic, pagan beast empires, Daniel 2 and 7 are not comprehensive lists detailing every one of Satan’s empires. Neither Daniel 2 or 7 include the Egyptian, the Assyrian, or the Roman Empires. As we have seen, these passages simply speak of the empires that would rise after Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon and the Roman Empire did not qualify to be included among these. It is not until we come to Revelation 12, 13, and 17 that the full pan-historical list of Satanic empires is given.

- Mideast Beast, page 158.

The lion, bear & leopard of Daniel 7 make up the amalgamated final beast empire of Revelation 13 and the geography comprising the Islamic realm as mentioned.

The prophetic visions in Daniel and Revelation point to the emergence of a formidable empire symbolized by a beast with ten horns, representing a coalition of nations. This empire, different from any that came before, is destined to rise in the end times. This coming beast appears to have alignment with current geopolitical shifts such as the formation of BRICS+. The BRICS+ economic bloc, comprising nations like Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, closely mirrors the Islamic Caliphate's historical influence.

Turkey’s inclusion within BRICS+ as stated would augment nations of Islamic heritage amongst the group.

The converging world landscape is advancing toward the biblical scenario of a unified Islamic realm, led by a Turkish leader, wielding significant power. This synthesis of prophecy and current events underscores the nearing fulfillment of ancient biblical visions, more up-to-date than tomorrow’s newspaper.

The economic and political alliances within BRICS+ and potential adoption of blockchain systems for trade, align with Revelation's prophecy of a mighty economic system under the beast's control.

Scenarios to watch for:

The Bible explicitly identifies some current and likely upcoming BRICS+ nations to form their evil beast union against Israel, Christ-followers and God himself. Turkey’s inclusion within BRICS+ would enhance its strategic importance and future leadership of the beast of Daniel and Revelation. As the BRICS+ coalition strengthens, it provides a platform for Turkey to further exert its influence over the Middle East. The establishment of a platform like mBridge, which facilitates real-time cross-border transactions, points towards a future where BRICS+ and the Islamic realm could create a unified economic front. This system could potentially enforce a universal digital marker, aligning with the "mark of the beast" of bible prophecy necessary for trade.

The continuing ascendancy of BRICS+ looks to incorporate more nations as several states are primed to try to qualify for membership. The rise of BRICS+, with its strong connections to key Islamic nations and the potential assimilation of Turkey, might be helping to lay the foundation for the revival of the Islamic Caliphate.

The BRICS+ annual presidency rotation this year falls to Russia in 2024. The central theme of the BRICS+ summit per the host country is, "promoting the entire range of partnership and cooperation within the framework of the association on three key tracks – politics and security, the economy and finance, and cultural and humanitarian ties.” Government leaders of all BRICS+ nations will once again attend the annual summit in October. The conference will be held in Kazan, the capital of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan. The location is strategic, being in Central Asia with Tatarstan religious affiliations split equally between Islam and Orthodox Christianity, not to mention in a Turkic (Tatar) spoken region. If Turkey joins BRICS+, occurrences like this conference in Kazan are tailor-made for the bloc to unwittingly aid in building Ankara’s desired pan-Turkic, Islamic Super State.

The potential exists for BRICS+ to birth the ten-plus-one rulers/nations to come per Revelation 17:10 and other collaborating scripture.

It is noteworthy to consider that at the time of this writing, BRICS+ is composed of 10 nations with Turkey as the potential eleventh member to join. Although meriting interest, this ten plus Turkey cohort would be unlikely to finalize BRICS+ participation.

The nation of Turkey is not yet a member of the BRICS+ bloc. The ten horns (rulers/nations) plus the eleventh little horn to arise, emanate out from the 7th head of the beast. As stated, these developments are strongly related to an Islamic union of countries. The upward trend of BRICS+ and how it integrates nations clearly labeled in biblical last-day prophetic events will continue to be worthy of our attention.
